WELCOMING THE FAMILY

Greetings family! My Name is Roger Williams. I am the grandson of the late Louise Bond Williams of Windsor, North Carolina. This gathering is for the siblings of Louise Bond Williams and their descendants and their parents. They consist of Anna Speller Steele, Johnny Clark, Lillie Bond, Nicola Clark, and Pearless Speller. Their parents being David Speller, Rosetta Speller, Jessie Clark, and Carrie Bond. This time it will be held in Chesapeake, Virginia the weekend of July 12th-14th 2024.

The Main Event

We will be at Chesapeake City Park in Chesapeake, Virginia on July 13th. Party starts at Noon and ends at 6pm. DJ Dee will be our DJ for the event. There will be different games and prizes as well. The menu is as follows:(Subject to Change)

We would like to put some disclaimers out there so please read this so that there is no misunderstanding. The deadline for the cookout is July 6th at midnight. Please have your decision made by then because anything after that, will throw off the food count. Children ages 0-4 eat for free. Children 5-12 eat for $15. Ages 13-69 eat for $30 per person. Lastly, 70 and older eat for $1. We have 3 shelters that hold about 150 people, but if we go over we will make more room.

There will be a shirt design and they are $25 for adults and $20 for children. (V-Neck cuts) and you do not have to get one. However, the deadline to get one is June 13th. That gives us a month to get them out on time. There will not be any extra shirts made. Food and shirt packages are available.

Deadline for the hotel is June 12th. There are other hotels on that same strip. Just google hotels on Crossways Blvd in Chesapeake.

Everything is a la carte meaning, you can pay for everything separately if you'd like. Any questions, please ask, I will gladly answer anything you need to know.
